How it works
Start, queue, ship.
Start
Pick a plan, or a one-off Pilot if you’d rather test us first. Your request board is open the same day.
Queue
Drop a brief, a Loom, or a Figma link. Stack as many as you like — we always pull whatever you put on top.
Ship
Motion in 2–4 business days. Full explainers in 7–10, staged so you see it coming together.
The Clarivo Launch System
One brief becomes the whole launch.
Most video vendors ship you a file. We build a launch system. One approved product story becomes every asset the release needs — and everything we make compounds into the next one.
Hero launch film
The flagship 45–60s story of the release.
Product demo / feature walkthrough
The “here’s exactly how it works” cut.
Social cutdowns & ad variants
6–15s versions for paid and organic.
UI loops & web motion
Silent product motion for your homepage and docs.
Motion fragments
GIF and Lottie pieces for product marketing, email, and launch posts.
Reusable scenes & source system
Type animation, transitions, and product shots that make launch #2 faster and cheaper than launch #1.
That last one is the point. Every month, your motion library grows. New agencies start from zero every time — Clarivo starts from everything we’ve already built for you.
What you actually get
No quotes. No scoping calls. No vendor onboarding.
One flat fee replaces freelancer roulette and five-figure agency quotes.
A board, not an inbox
Your queue lives somewhere you can see it. Reorder it whenever priorities move.
One line item
The same number every month. No change orders, no surprise invoice after the fact.
Windows we publish
2–4 business days for motion, 7–10 for a full explainer. Real production numbers, not marketing ones.
Senior craft on tap
Senior-level work on every request, whenever you need it. Your product looks as sharp as it is.
Pause without a conversation
Stop mid-cycle whenever you need to — the days you’ve paid for wait for you. No email, no exit interview.
Yours to keep
Full usage rights on every export — and on Studio, the source and project files too. If we part ways, it all keeps working.
A system, not a stack of files
Every asset ships from one motion language, and the scenes we build for this launch are reusable for the next. Month three is faster and richer than month one.
The work
Hard to explain. Easy to watch.

FAQ
The questions you’re actually asking.
Motion assets land in 2–4 business days. Full custom explainers run about 7–10, broken into staged check-ins — script, style frames, animation — so you see progress every few days and the final cut is never a surprise.
As many as you like — the queue is unlimited, and so are revisions. We work one request at a time with full attention, always pulling whatever you’ve put on top, so what ships next is always your call. Hero launch films and complex 3D are Studio-plan work — Motion covers everything short-form and product-marketing.
An in-house senior motion designer runs about $9–10k a month fully loaded, takes a quarter to hire, and most seed-to-Series-B teams can’t keep one busy year-round. Freelancers are cheaper but come with availability roulette and re-onboarding every project. Clarivo is the middle: senior craft on tap, a predictable monthly line item, and a pause button.
Only when the piece calls for it, and only if you want it. Every account starts fully custom: design, animation, type, and sound built from scratch with no generated footage. Where a concept would otherwise need a location, a crew, or a world that doesn’t exist, AI generation can produce shots that would be out of reach on a subscription budget — and we treat those shots like any other footage, selecting, grading, cutting, and sound-designing them by hand. It’s a camera, not the edit. You set the preference when you onboard and can override it on any single request.
Yes — this is where a subscription beats one-off vendors. Your first request starts with a brand intake: guidelines, product UI, tone, references. From there we build a reusable motion system — type animation, transitions, color, easing — so every asset ships from the same visual language. By the third request we know your brand better than a new agency would after a full project, and unlimited revisions cover the gap while we get there.
One deliverable — a 30–60 second explainer or product demo — for $2,999, fixed, delivered in two weeks with two revision rounds. You get the full experience: brief, staged check-ins, a finished film. If you subscribe within 30 days, $1,500 of the Pilot fee credits toward your first month. It exists so you never have to take a subscription on faith.
Billing runs on a 31-day cycle, and you can pause anytime — even mid-cycle. The days you’ve already paid for don’t vanish; they wait, and your subscription picks up right where it left off when the next launch appears. No email required, no exit interview. Cancel works the same way: instant, no hard feelings.
Every delivery ships with full usage rights — your videos are yours to run anywhere, forever. On the Studio plan you also get the source and project files, including the motion system, so if we ever part ways your next partner or in-house hire can pick everything up exactly where we left it.
We revise until it’s right — that’s the deal. Because you see staged check-ins (script → style frames → animation), a first cut you hate almost never happens; you’ve already shaped it twice before animation starts. On the Pilot, two revision rounds are built into the fixed price.
First subscription cycle only: tell us within 7 days and we refund 75% of the month. To keep it fair on both sides, work delivered inside that window arrives as watermarked review previews — clean final files unlock on day 8, or right away if you tell us to skip the guarantee. If you take the refund, usage rights on that cycle’s work don’t transfer. After week one, the pause button is your safety net: stop anytime, keep the days you’ve paid for.
An optional 3-month commitment at the same monthly price. In exchange you get reserved capacity around your launch dates, a second active lane during launch week, and a quarterly planning session on your motion system. It exists for teams shipping on a release calendar — ask on the call and we’ll see if it fits your roadmap.
Because that’s who we’re built for. If you release features monthly, one-off vendors mean re-onboarding a stranger every launch. Clarivo keeps your product knowledge, your motion system, and your source files warm — so every release is already in motion.
