The service

Clarivo is a subscription video studio. Plans run on a 31-day billing cycle with unlimited requests and unlimited revisions, worked one active request at a time. Published delivery windows (2–4 business days for motion assets, roughly 7–10 for full explainers) are production targets, not contractual deadlines — complex requests, revision volume, and slow feedback can move them.

Billing, pausing, and cancelling

Subscriptions bill in advance on each 31-day cycle via Stripe. You can pause anytime, mid-cycle included: the unused days in your cycle are held and reapplied when you resume. You can cancel anytime; your plan then runs to the end of the days you’ve paid for. Apart from the Fit Guarantee below, payments are non-refundable.

The Fit Guarantee

Your first subscription cycle carries a one-time guarantee:

• Tell us within the first 7 days of your first cycle that it isn’t working, and we’ll refund 75% of that month — no questions asked.
• The guarantee applies to your first cycle only, once per client.
• During the 7-day window, deliveries ship as watermarked review previews. Clean final files unlock on day 8, or immediately if you notify us in writing that you waive the guarantee.
• If you take the refund, usage rights on all work produced in that cycle do not transfer — the previews may not be published, distributed, or reused in any form.

After the window closes, the pause button is the safety net: stop anytime and keep the days you’ve paid for.

Usage rights and source files

On every fully paid, non-refunded cycle, you receive full usage rights to the final exported videos — run them anywhere, forever. On the Studio plan you also receive the source and project files, including the motion system. Clarivo retains the right to show delivered work in its own portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

The Pilot

The Pilot is a one-off, fixed-price engagement: one 30–60 second explainer or product demo for $2,999, delivered in two weeks with two revision rounds included. If you subscribe to any plan within 30 days of your Pilot delivery, $1,500 of the Pilot fee credits toward your first month. Pilot deliveries carry full usage rights on final files; the Fit Guarantee does not apply to the Pilot.

Your materials

You confirm you have the rights to any brand assets, footage, product UI, and music you give us to work with, and you indemnify Clarivo against claims arising from materials you supply.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page. Material changes to pricing or the guarantee never apply retroactively to a cycle you’ve already paid for.
